lets-mail is a project of prosign.HM Basbergstrasse 27 31785 Hameln / Germany 1. Lets-mail offers the customer a translation service for e-mailswith costs (in the following called services) and delivers it tothe addressee within 36 hours. The sender`s data is not changedor replaced. 2. If a customer engages lets-mail.de to translate an e-mail with costs,he has to pay the charge according to the current price list. Lets-mail.decommits itself to reverse the charge if the customer can prove thatthe mail has not been delivered within 36 hours. 3. E-mails with contents that contravene any national or internationallaw or contain pornographic content are excluded from any offeredservice. lets-mail.de reserves the right to exclude e-mails from the offeredservice after meticulous scrutiny. Reasons will be given to thecustomer. lets-mail.de does the translation of a text to the bestof its knowledge and belief. It is done completely, grammaticallycorrect and contains the drift of the original text. The purposeof the translation is to convey information. The translation countsas approved if the client does not raise any written objection immediately,or at least within 7 days (valid: arrival at lets-mail.de). lets-mail.de does not take liability for e-mails with contents ofbusiness matters or mails which generate, complete or conclude businesstransactions. 4. The customer has to keep to the agreement of the relevant service.Any attempt of fraud and any improper use of the system will bereported to the police immediately. 5. lets-mail.de reserves the right to clear faults. The customer hasa claim on removal of possible faults inside the translation. Theclaim on the removal of faults has to be asserted by the customerunder exact declaration of the fault. 6. Personal information from our customers will not be shared withothers. It is only saved for internal statistics. lets-mail.de isobligated to maintain silence about all noticed facts in relationto the activities for the customer. 7. Any legal case arising from this contract shall be prcessed in Hameln. 8. If individual agreements of this service agreement are inoperative,the effectiveness of all other legal agreements stays untouched.The inoperative agreement has to be replaced by an agreement whosepurpose is the closest to the inoperative agreement.
